All bookings concluded with SKG BUS Michael E. Nalbantis, owner and operator of all advertised itineraries as posted on our website. We are registered in Thessaloniki, Greece and maintain valid Commercial Use Authorizations and Special Use Permit by the Greek National Tourist Organization. By booking a tour with us, you fully agree to our Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
General terms
- All passengers must be 18 years of age or older to travel with SKG BUS unless accompanied by adults.
- All passengers regardless of age must wear their seatbelts at all times while vehicles are in motion. This requirement is not only for travelers’ safety but also for the safety of everyone else in the vehicle.
- No smoking allowed in any of our vehicles.
- No alcohol drinking allowed in any of our vehicles.
- Unrestrained pets not allowed in any of our vehicles.
- Maximum daily tour services must not exceed the max limit of 12 hours according to European Union’s directives.
Travel Insurance
SKG BUS is fully responsible for the safety and wellbeing of its clients/passengers during our tours. Therefore, we provide travel insurance for each one during our trips. Travel insurance covers all incidents that may occur only while our transportation services delivered. Our travel insurance is limited only in covering damages and injuries caused by car accidents. Our guests are solely responsible for obtaining any other type of travel insurance during their vacation.
Optional Activities
During any day trip, guests may participate in activities or local events, which are not included in our packaged tour. We do not guarantee the safety or quality of these activities and events, or the safety standards of the independent operator providing it. Activity examples may include, but are not limited to, swimming, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, and hiking. Events may include, but are not limited to, local festivals, concerts, and organized events. SKG BUS is not accountable for any injury or illness resulting from your participation. When our clients decide to participate in such activities or events, they should take precautions to ensure your own safety. SKG BUS bears no responsibility of any accidents caused during its guests’ participation in activities or events, related to our tours.

No deposits required for any of our tours.

SKG BUS accepts credit cards, wire or bank transfers, as acceptable methods of payment.
Thessaloniki day trips payment
No deposit is required for single-day excursions; however, bookings considered concluded and secure only when full payment received by us 30 days prior to our services or tours.Â
Cancellation policy
Tour cancellations accepted and reviewed via email.
In the event of a tour cancellation 10 days prior to tour date, we offer a refund of 80%Â
No refunds offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure date.
Refunds made through bank transfer within 30 days post tour date.
Private group tours payment
No deposit is required for private group tours; however, bookings considered concluded and secure only when full payment received by us, 30 days prior to our transportation services or tours.Â

Passports and Visas
Valid passports are required for travel in Greece. Please check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the latest visa requirements. Travelers are full responsibility for the validity of their travel documents, and hereby release SKG BUS from any duty of, checking and verifying all passports, visas or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations. Guests, advised to keep their travel documents or copies with them during the tours.
Baggage
No luggage limitations are valid for our guests however; SKG BUS is not responsible for securing or protecting your baggage or valuables at any time during any tour.
Tour & Itinerary Changes
Advertised prices based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. Our itineraries are flexible; however extra costs may apply in case of adding extra destinations, distances or activities other than the ones mentioned in our itineraries and agreed upon to.
Promotional Photography
SKG BUS reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a tour with us, you agree to allow your images to appear in our website or brochures. Guests who prefer not their images to be posted must inform tour leader at the beginning of tour.
Complaints, Claims, and Refunds
SKG BUS is not responsible for missing any destinations or activities due to circumstances or events out of our control. Whoever is looking to make a claim, submit a complaint, or request compensation for any reason must do so in writing or email within 10 days post tour? All supporting documentation to the claim or complaint must accompany the email. Any claim or complaint received by SKG BUS after this deadline will not be accepted or reviewed.
Personal Responsibility
By booking a tour with us, you recognize that it is compatible to your fitness level, capabilities and lifestyle and may include an amount of personal risk. You also acknowledge that neither you nor anyone traveling with you has any physical, mental, or other conditions or disabilities that would create a hazard to yourself or your group members.
Applicable Law
European and Greek law at fullest extent govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes in regards to a SKG BUS tour or these Terms and Conditions will be initiated in the Courts of Thessaloniki, Greece which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.Â
